Unless otherwise noted, I (Jonelle du Pont from Tyranny of Pink) am the legal holder of all (written, multimedia and graphic) material on this website and it may not be used, reprinted, (partially) modified or published without my written consent. Jonelle reserves the right to edit or delete any comments submitted to this blog without notice due to;

  1. Comments deemed to be spam or trolling
  2. Comments containing language or concepts that could be deemed offensive
  3. Comments containing hate speech, credible threats, or direct attacks on an individual or group

Terms and conditions subject to change at anytime with or without notice

Competitions

Competitions are only open to South African’s or anyone with a local address that the prize can be shipped to. Neither I, nor the brands I work with will be responsible for international shipping costs.

Only one prize per individual

Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

Prizes will be awarded to first correct entry drawn after the closing date. If you have failed to follow all of the steps outlined in the competition, your entry will not be considered.

Winners will be announced on Tyranny of Pink and will be notified by email and/or DM on Twitter/Facebook within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

My decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into

The prize will be delivered directly from the sponsor or their representatives

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

Tyranny of Pink is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third-party connected with this competition.

Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
